Finding the perfect pole dancing song for your dream routine can be challenging. You probably have an idea in mind for your next routine and need to find the best possible music to accompany it.

Or, on the other hand, finding the music might be the easy part and choreographing the routine is more of a challenge!

Well, if you’re looking for inspirational pole dancing songs then you’re definitely in the right place. So many pole dancers find they’re fed up with the trash played in nightclubs and in pole studios and would like something more alternative or unique for their next routine.

Are you a rock chick who needs an edgy song? Perhaps you’re a bohemian hippy chic who wants something floaty and pretty for their next routine? Whatever your style, we’ve got you covered!

Here are 8 different styles of music for pole dancing routines. Don’t forget to check out Amazon Music Unlimited with a 30-day Free Trial to listen to all these songs, plus 100,000s more!

1. Dark, Slow and Intense

This is my personal favorite style of music for pole dancing. I love dark melodies and performing really slow, intense routines to match the music and tell a story at the same time. The style of this music may be slow, but it has an edge that perfectly matches my style of pole dancing.

2. Heavy Rock

Heavy Rock is classic pole dancing music. Especially bashing guitar riffs and key changes. With a little creativity, the choreographic possibilities are endless!

Romantic, slow and sexy songs are another type of classic pole dancing song to perform to. Many modern pop songs have lyrics that are pertinent to pole dancing, twerking or other forms of sensual movement.
