1. Evanescence – Bring Me To Life
You can use the tranquil intro to this song to build up some momentum for the explosively heavy chorus. You can certainly have a lot of fun with this song with some well-timed spins.
2. Linkin’ Park – In The End
Like the Evanescence song, this has a melodic piano intro with an explosive chorus which gives you a lot of options for some momentous tricks and spins.
I’m sure you’ll probably have a CD copy of Hybrid Theory from your teenage years! And, RIP Chester Bennington – this song really shows off his incredible voice x
3. Nine Inch Nails – Closer
No list of pole dancing songs would be complete without this classic from Nine Inch Nails! Perhaps slightly overused at strip clubs and pole studios alike, this always crowd-pleasing song is a perfect choice to rock out to and get sensual at the same time.
4. Marilyn Manson – Sweet Dreams
This slow and intense song has haunting vocals and a dark beat, allowing you to unleash your inner gothic badassery!
Make sure you build up momentum with this song, as its first half is super slow and it crescendos, so keep your biggest tricks and combos until the end!
5. Skunk Anansie – Weak
This is a great choice, mostly due to its lyrics and change of pace between the verses and the chorus. Skin’s powerful voice screaming ‘WEAK AS I AM’ as you’re punching the air from a superman would be pretty awesome!
6. Warrant – Cherry Pie
Cherry Pie is a seriously rockin’ tune, with edgy guitar solos and an amazing riff which is so easy to dance to!
7. Black Sabbath – Iron Man
A little bit different to the other choices on this list, this Black Sabbath classic has such a dark and slow riff, which makes it perfect for stripteases and pole dancing!
8. Urge Overkill – Girl, You’ll Be A Woman Soon
This is so so so perfect for pole dance routines! Also featured on our Dark & Intense Songs For Pole Dancing List, this is such a cool song! From the infamous Pulp Fiction Soundtrack, it’s got the perfect rhythm for flow and floorwork – it’s just dying for someone to create a beautiful routine to this song ?
9. Marilyn Manson – Tainted Love
The second Marilyn Manson song to be featured on this list! And for music nerds, the second Marilyn Manson song which is a cover version…
10. Alice Cooper – Poison
A classic 80’s rock anthem with plenty of room for creativity in your choreography.
11. Muse – Feelin’ Good
The Muse version of this tune is incredible (not better than Nina Simone of course).
12. Jimmy Hendrix – Purple Haze
Another classic rock anthem on this list – excuse me while I kiss the sky!

A few crazy slides and drops would look awesome during the chorus of this song, and love Kurt’s grungey voice <3
