PoleFitFreedom.com, our extremely popular website for pole dancing enthusiasts, is celebrating its 5-year anniversary.
Since its launch in 2016, the website has become a go-to resource for pole dancers of all levels, providing instructional videos, workout plans, and advice on everything from choosing the right equipment to staying motivated on the pole.
We first launched on a free Tumblr platform waaaaaaay back in the day before building this site formally and migrating across all our old content bit-by-bit.
We are so proud to have reached this milestone and we couldn’t have done it without your continued support!
In addition to providing valuable resources for its readers, we are also known for our vibrant online community. Readers of this website regularly get in touch with us share their own experiences, challenges, and successes on the pole, which is amazing!
