Just imaging spinning fast as hell to some fun choreography with this 80s classic!!


2. Duran Duran – Hungry Like the Wolf

Another great one for fun choreography!


3. Genesis – I Can’t Dance

This allows you to incorporate some comedy into your routines, make fun of yourself, you know you want to!


4. Cyndi Lauper – Time After Time

This has a lovely melody for some lyrical flow and movement.

Go upside down during the chorus, d’uh!

This just has a great bassline and is very atmospheric for pole dance routines.

Chrissie Hynde’s voice is just mesmerizing, so be as equaly mesmerizing in your choreography!


10. Tears for Fears – Head Over Heels

Another song with dark undertones, from the soundtrack of Donnie Darko, so lovely slow movement with long lines would be perfect with this song as a backdrop.
